Everyone is invited to experience the world of cinema, with a collection of high-quality films shown for free throughout the festival at SF Cinema Central Pattaya, along with a wide range of activities. The festival runs from August 28th to 30th, 2025.

The “PATTAYA FILM FESTIVAL 2025,” organized by the City of Pattaya, aims to elevate the Thai and international film industries, encompassing artistic, creative economy, and cultural exchange dimensions. It also reinforces Pattaya's potential as a regional hub for the film industry – a charming international tourist destination brimming with art, culture, and entertainment – and seeks to leverage the soft power of film to drive Thailand's economy and tourism.

• For the first time in Thailand, the highly anticipated Dream – Thailand Premiere film will be the opening film of the festival.

• Enjoy international films from around the world and quality productions from Thailand, screened for free on the big screen at SF Cinema Central Marina throughout the festival. A total of 16 films will be shown, catering to all genres, including over 10 international films such as 20,000 Species of Bees, Influencer, Alien: Earth, Kiss the Con Queen, Deeper, and Renoir, as well as 6 Thai films such as Wiman Nam, Wai Num 2544, and Mr. Hurt: The Painful Number One.

• Relive cherished memories with 16 outdoor movie screenings at 4 locations across Pattaya, including:

o Experience the thrill of action movies at Lan Pho Na Kluea Public Park. We'll be showing action films from Thailand's legendary action star, Tony Jaa, in "Dangerously Assault" and "Hell's Fury." We'll also be showing action films from China: "The Betrayal" and "The Prosecutor."

o Get ready for spine-chilling horror at Wat Hat Mai Krathung Thong with the terrifying story of "The Last Night," where old friendships return to claim promises made. This will be a premiere screening, followed by a special Q&A session with the producers and actors, and a chance to win Viu merchandise.
