Pattaya City and the Pattaya and Connecting Areas Sustainable Tourism Development Area Office organized the 2nd Pattaya Film Camp (#2) from May 1-4, 2023, at Chonchan Resort Pattaya. The event aimed to encourage youth and educational institutions to participate in filmmaking, providing opportunities for interested young people to learn short film production and editing techniques. It also served to raise awareness and promote youth development in the area, aligning with UNESCO's Creative Cities for Film Development initiative.
