Attendees included Mr. Phumipipat Kamolnat, Secretary to the Mayor; Dr. Siwat Boonkird, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City; and heads of relevant departments and agencies. Akkawat Rueangkitakra and his team from the Thai 3D animation &quot;Sheldon&quot; and T&amp;B Media Global also met with Pattaya City executives to exchange ideas on promoting and participating in environmental plans, and to elevate Pattaya to a world-class film production location, thereby stimulating the economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\"
