The competition is divided into two categories.

Details of the second round of the short film competition.

1. Contestants who pass the synopsis selection round will be eligible to compete in the second round, where they must produce a short film that aligns with the submitted synopsis and adheres to the content guidelines set by the project.

2. Short films must be at least 5 minutes long and no more than 10 minutes long, including the project title at the beginning and the closing credits. Filming can take place anywhere, and the following must be included:Organization logoAs specified by the project, please include the credits at the beginning or end of your submission (the organizing committee will send the organization's logo to the email of contestants who have passed the synopsis selection round).

3. The content of the short film must not allude to politics or any issues that may cause conflict, and must not be considered disrespectful to the nation, religion, or the monarchy. It must also not use language that is insulting, demeaning, sarcastic, or that incites social division, and it must not violate any customs, traditions, morals, ethics, or religious principles. In cases where regional dialects are used, Thai subtitles must be provided.

4. Submitted works must not be reproductions, modifications, or previous uses for any other purpose, and must not have been previously published or received any awards. If this is discovered later, the organizers reserve the right to disqualify the participant immediately.

5. The organizing committee reserves the right not to return submitted entries under any circumstances.

6. Short film entries must be submitted as MP4 files in Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080, 16:9 aspect ratio) or 2K resolution (2048 x 1152, 16:9 aspect ratio). Contestants must ensure the file is complete and correct before submission. The organizers will not be responsible for any errors or file damage.

7. The judging committee reserves the right to disqualify any contestant immediately, without needing to provide a reason, if it is found that they have not complied with the rules and regulations or have plagiarized/infringed on the copyright of others. The contest organizers are not liable for any copyright infringement that may occur.

8. The Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Development Administration (Public Organization) reserves the right to change the details and conditions of the contest without prior notice, and reserves the right to review the suitability of the content before publishing it to the public.

9. The judging panel will select 20 teams from each category who qualified from Round 2 to advance to the final round. The judges' decision is final.

Note: After the synopsis selection round results are announced, the project will send an email notifying the selected contestants of their qualification. Selected contestants are requested to reply to this email to acknowledge receipt of the results and confirm their eligibility to participate in the next round of the competition.
