Pattaya City and the Special Area Development Office 3 organized the 2nd Pattaya Film Camp (Pattaya Film Camp #2).
From May 1-4, 2023, at Chonchan Resort Pattaya, the event aimed to encourage youth and educational institutions to participate in filmmaking. It also provided an opportunity for interested young people to learn short film production and editing techniques, and to raise awareness and promote youth in the area, aligning with UNESCO's Creative Cities for Film Development guidelines.
