Submit your short film to the “Pattaya Short Film 2024” competition between February 16th and April 17th, 2024.

Compete for a total prize money of 165,000 baht and a trophy.

# Contest Submission Guidelines
- Submitted works must be original, never before published, and never before awarded any prizes.
- Short film content, length not exceeding 15 minutes.
- Entries can be submitted as MOV, MPEG, or MP4 files with a resolution of at least 720P.
- Contestants can submit entries individually or as a team. Teams must have at least two members, and each team member can only participate in one team. Each team must complete the application form and attach all required documents. Each contestant can only submit one entry per competition.
- Submitted films must not infringe on any intellectual property rights. If any infringement occurs, the applicant will be solely responsible. The organizers bear no responsibility whatsoever. Furthermore, if copyright infringement is discovered later, the entry will be considered void and any prizes will be reclaimed.
- Submit your self-certification document for the 2nd Pattaya Short Film Contest (fill out the information and sign it) by uploading it via a URL link (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.). Please carefully review all application documents of your team members before submitting.
- The committee is unable to provide feedback or comments to applicants who submit short films for the competition.
- If selected, applicants must submit the film file for screening and any promotional materials to the event organizers after being notified by the short film competition team.
- The applicant agrees to allow the 2nd Pattaya Short Film Contest to use still images, trailers, or any part of the short film for promotional purposes, and also permits the organizers to screen the short film in related events or educational activities.
- If the short film is selected, the applicant grants the organizers permission to screen the short film at related events or educational activities.
- If there is dialogue in a local dialect or foreign language, provide Thai subtitles.
- The event organizer reserves the right to award the first prize if the judges unanimously approve it.
- The event organizer reserves the right to change the registration requirements without prior notice.
- The committee's decision is final.

- The selected teams will have their short films screened at the awards ceremony on May 26, 2024.
- At least one representative from the team must attend the film screening and awards ceremony at the Mahathai Convention Center, Pattaya, Nong Prue Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province.
- The organizers reserve the right to consider any team member who does not participate in the event and claim the prize as having forfeited their right to the prize, regardless of the reason.

Type 1: Students
- The first prize winner receives a trophy, a certificate, and a cash prize of 35,000 baht.
- The first runner-up receives a trophy, a certificate, and a cash prize of 20,000 baht.
- The second runner-up receives a trophy, a certificate, and a cash prize of 10,000 baht.
Type 2: General Manufacturers
- The first prize winner will receive a trophy, a certificate, and a cash prize of 50,000 baht.
- The first runner-up receives a trophy, a certificate, and a cash prize of 30,000 baht.
- The second runner-up receives a trophy, a certificate, and a cash prize of 20,000 baht.
