The Pattaya Sustainable Tourism Development Zone and its surrounding areas organized the Pattaya Short Film 2023 competition at Pattaya City Hall.
With the objective of promoting the participation of youth, the public, and filmmakers in the area, and providing a platform for them to express their creativity, this activity develops the creative city component in film and promotes Pattaya's progress towards membership in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network.
