We invite young people interested in short filmmaking to join the 3rd PATTAYA Film Camp, from March 29th to 31st, 2024.
# Application Requirements
- Participants must be between 15 and 22 years old.
- Application period: Applications can be submitted from today, February 15th to 29th, 2024 only.
- We are only accepting participants in teams (2-5 people per team).
- The results of the selection process for participating teams will be announced on March 7, 2024.
- Applicants should have basic equipment such as a smartphone and a notebook computer, as well as any additional equipment related to filming, which they must bring themselves.
- The selection process for participants in the 3rd Pattaya Film Camp by the organizing committee is now complete.
- The selected teams will be required to attend the event at Aiyara Palace Hotel Pattaya from March 29-31, 2024.
- Event organizers are permitted to disseminate the training materials through public media without it being considered copyright infringement.
- If there are any changes to an applicant's information, the organizer must be notified at least 5 business days in advance.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the application terms and conditions without prior notice.

– The selected teams must travel to participate in the event at Aiyara Palace Hotel Pattaya between March 29 and 31, 2024.
– Event organizers are permitted to disseminate the training results through public media without it being considered copyright infringement.

– The organizer reserves the right to change the application terms and conditions without prior notice.
Note: Participation in this activity is free of charge.
The work submitted to the committee for consideration.
– Submitted film works must not infringe on intellectual property rights. If any infringement occurs, the applicant will be solely responsible.
– The link to the short film or work submitted by the applicant to the judging committee must be accessible and viewable at least until February 29, 2024.
– Applicants may submit incomplete short films for consideration by the committee. Please specify what is incomplete, such as missing sound mixing, etc. Applicants must inform the committee once the film is complete. However, the committee recommends that applicants submit only the completed version of the film.
Criteria for judging participants' work.
This judging is based solely on creative works produced during participation in the 3rd Film Camp.
Judging the entries (out of 100 points)
– Theme: Completeness and relevance to the content within the theme framework (20 points)
– Short film techniques such as composition, camera angles, filming, and editing: 20 points.
– Storytelling and plot structure: 25 points
– The sound and visual systems are clearly related (15 points).
– Concepts and creativity: 20 points
Prizes worth a total of 20,000 baht.
