The Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Development Administration (Public Organization) invites students, university students, and the general public to submit entries for the Pattaya City of Film logo design competition, with total prize money exceeding 70,000 baht.
Contest Rules and Conditions
1. The submitted work must be an original design created by the contestant, and must not be a reproduction, copy, imitation, or modification of another person's logo or symbol, which would infringe on copyright, or contain any part of another person's copyright without permission from the copyright owner. Furthermore, the work must not have previously won any awards from any organization. Each contestant may submit no more than one design.
2. Contestants are responsible for any copyright infringement or factual infringement of the law in their submitted works. Any legal disputes will be the sole responsibility of the contestant.
3. The logo design must be modern, unique, credible, and easily understood and remembered by the general public.
4. Regarding color choices, at least one shade of blue should be used as the primary color to represent "Pattaya City of Film." Other shades can be used in conjunction to convey the intended meaning.
5. The decision of the judges is final and cannot be appealed. If it is discovered at a later date that a winning entry lacks any of the required qualifications, the committee will revoke the decision and reclaim all awarded prizes.
6. Winning Entries: The winner agrees that the submitted work becomes the property, copyright, and other intellectual property rights of the Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Development Administration (Public Organization) or (DASTA), and reserves the right to disseminate, promote, or modify the design as deemed appropriate for practical use. A guide demonstrating the use of the Corporate Identity (CI) logo must be submitted within 15 days of the announcement of the results.
7. The Organizing Committee for the Pattaya City of Film Creative City Logo Design Contest reserves the right not to return submitted entries to contestants under any circumstances and to change the rules and conditions without prior notice.

Entries can be submitted from today until March 31, 2023.

1. Submissions can be made in person at the Special Area Office 3, 105/1 Moo 2, Naklua Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi 20150. Please write “Pattaya City of Film Creative City Logo Design Contest“ in the bottom right corner of the envelope. Submissions are accepted from now until March 31, 2023, at 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
2. Submit your work via email to nongphu1304@gmail.com. After submitting, please contact the coordinating officer at 082-645-5990, Parames Baujaroen (Id), to verify and confirm receipt of your work.

Scoring criteria
1. Creativity and ideas for presenting work.
2. Aesthetics, modernity, attractiveness, and suitability for future use.
3. Communicating the importance and possessing all the necessary elements of a creative city.
Contest prizes
First prize: 1 winner, 40,000 baht.
First Runner-up Prize: 1 award, 20,000 baht.
Second Runner-up Prize: 1 award, cash prize of 10,000 baht.
