On July 3-4, 2023, Pattaya City, along with the Special Area Development Office 3, led by Dr. Siwat Boonkird, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City, participated in the workshop on driving the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in Thailand. The workshop, organized by the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization, was held at the Chiang Mai International Convention and Exhibition Center and aimed to provide a platform for the Thai Creative Cities Network to exchange ideas on how to promote creative cities in accordance with UNESCO guidelines.
On this occasion, Pattaya City and the Special Area Development Office 3 presented Pattaya's efforts to become a Creative City in Film, and also exchanged ideas on developing the city towards the goal of becoming a Creative City in Film.
