Pattaya City held discussions with universities to drive the development of Pattaya as a creative city.

On November 8, 2023, the working group for promoting Pattaya as a UNESCO Creative City for Film held a meeting with faculty members from Silpakorn University, Burapha University, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and the International Institute for Professional Business Development.

1. Work experience in Phetchaburi Province, a Creative City of Gastronomy.
2. The faculty members provided guidance in the operations of Pattaya City.
3. Developing Pattaya's creative district to meet the requirements of becoming a creative city.
