This activity is being conducted with the support of UNESCO Bangkok and targets the following groups:

1) Local people

2) Local leaders

3) Entrepreneurs (merchants/vendors)

4) Youth/Educational Institutions

5) LGBTQ+ group

This group of stakeholders is a key force in driving Pattaya towards becoming a creative city in the film industry.
