On February 5, 2025, at Meeting Room 131, Pattaya City Hall, Mr. Parames Ngampicheth, Mayor of Pattaya, chaired a meeting to discuss strategies for advancing environmental development and Pattaya's status as a film city. Attendees included Mr. Phumipipat Kamolnat, Secretary to the Mayor; Dr. Siwat Boonkird, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City; and heads of relevant departments and agencies. Akkawat Rueangkitakra and his team from the Thai 3D animation "Sheldon" and T&B Media Global also met with Pattaya City executives to exchange ideas on promoting and participating in environmental plans, and to elevate Pattaya to a world-class film production location, thereby stimulating the economy.
Pattaya Mayor Parames Ngampicheth recognized the importance of this and therefore instructed the relevant departments to coordinate and plan future joint operations.
